Installation and maintenance

A planned place for your equipment

Choosing a system continues with your home. A few details about your water, space and habits help prepare a suitable installation.

01

Gather information about your home

Start with your town, property type and needs. A water bill helps identify the supplier and consumption. Hardness information is useful for a water softening project.

Measure the proposed location. Identify the water inlet, shut-off valve, drain and electrical sockets. Overview photos can help your contact understand the layout during a discussion.

02

Plan the space for each use

Each type of equipment has its own installation requirements.

In the kitchen

For drinking water, check the free space under the sink, pipe routes and taps. Keep access to the filters. A system that chills water also needs ventilation in line with its manual.

On your home's water system

For softening, identify the circuit to be supplied and the regeneration connections. Access to the salt tank should allow easy refilling and regular checks.

03

Read the quote item by item

Make sure it identifies the model, included accessories, connections and any work on the cabinet or worktop. The quote should make the total commissioning cost clear.

Ask who carries out the installation, the conditions for work at your address and possible availability. Also agree on the handover of the manual, consumable references and support contact details.

04

Get to know your installation

At commissioning, ask to be shown the controls, accessible valves and tasks you can carry out. Ask for an explanation of the system's indicators and messages.

Keep the model reference, serial number, installation date and relevant settings. These details will make maintenance and any future support request easier.

05

Plan future maintenance

Set a schedule based on the manual for your configuration. Filters, gas and salt serve different purposes; check their cost and availability when choosing.

For questions after installation, the Support page helps you describe your equipment and the situation you are facing.

Your questions

The details
that matter.

Can a system be installed in my current kitchen?

Cabinet dimensions, taps and available connections make it possible to assess feasibility. Confirm the changes needed before choosing a configuration.

What should I consider if I rent?

Present the proposed changes to your landlord and clarify the permissions needed before work begins. The project should identify any drilling and work on pipework.

Is maintenance included in installation?

Ask for each service to be detailed in the quote: commissioning, consumables, visits and later interventions. The schedule and costs should match your equipment.

What about your everyday needs?
